Flex is seeking a Business Excellence Leader for Guadalajara North Site to continuously drive a culture of excellence and enable waste elimination using Lean and Six Sigma tools across the organization.
You will act as a change agent, lead Kaizen, champion standard work, train teams, and accelerate Lean deployment while partnering with operations, engineering and quality to deliver sustainable process improvements and cost reductions. Travel will be required.
