Who you'll work for

Revilo is a recruitment agency that specializes in the AI‑SaaS hiring space. They partner directly with early‑stage, high‑growth tech companies that are building cutting‑edge teams from scratch.

What you’ll do

- Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for technical roles (mostly Full Stack Python Developers)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, handling high volumes of roles and opportunities
- Use best‑in‑class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox, etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement
- Work to aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn (UNCAPPED commissions!)
- Maintain recruiting metrics,



track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates

What we’re looking for

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and a modern recruiting tech stack
- Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously
- Thrive on reward: this is a commission‑rich role with high earning potential
