We are hiring: SAP S/4HANA Migration Coordinator – On-site in Guadalajara, Mexico

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Coordinator to join a large-scale digital transformation initiative in the automotive industry . This role will coordinate critical data migration and integration activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute data migration strategies and plans.
- Align business and IT teams to ensure project milestones.
- Manage data object mapping, transformation, and validation rules.
- Oversee testing, cutover activities, and hypercare phases.
- Deliver governance documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements

- SAP data migration experience ,



with at least 1 S/4HANA rollout project .
- Strong background in project coordination and business transformation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BODS/Syniti (at least one project).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be on-site in Guadalajara, Mexico (part-time).

Contract: 1 year, with possible extension.
