Your Mission Lead and develop, the execution of the direct sales team organization’s strategic plan, driving profitable growth by developing new industrial business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and building a high-performance commercial culture.

Requirements: Mandatory Qualifications To be considered, candidates must meet all of the following requirements: ✔ 5–10 years of successful B2B sales experience selling industrial equipment or industrial machinery. ✔ Minimum of 5 consecutive years leading at least 8 direct Sales Representatives. ✔ Demonstrated success developing, coaching, and building high-performing sales teams. ✔ Proven experience managing the complete B2B sales cycle, including: Business development

Prospecting





Customer acquisition

Executive-level negotiations

Closing complex sales opportunities

Leading commercial execution through the sales team ✔ English proficiency: B2 minimum (mandatory). ✔ Currently based in Querétaro or willing to relocate. ✔ Full availability to travel extensively throughout Mexico.

Preferred Experience Industrial machinery, industrial equipment, or engineered solutions.

Managing commercial projects with multinational manufacturing companies.

Presenting and defending complex technical proposals.

Sales training, coaching, and commercial capability development.

Knowledge of the Mexican industrial market and infrastructure projects.
