We are currently seeking a Risk Manager, in Mexico City, for one of our client companies with Hard Rock Bet. Risk Manager

The adecuado candidate is an experienced and highly analytical Risk Manager to oversee and optimize risk management strategies for our iGaming operations in the Mexico market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential threats, managing fraud prevention, and ensuring the financial integrity of our platform while maintaining compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities:

Build and manage a high-performing local risk team in Mexico, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Develop and implement risk management policies tailored to the Mexican market.

Oversee day-to-day operational risk using the Playtech Risk System to optimize player lifecycles and reduce financial exposure.

Monitor real-time player activity to detect and prevent fraud, bonus abuse, and money laundering.

Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure alignment with SEGOB regulations and local Mexican laws.





Manage Playtech ASE rules and system configurations to maintain operational efficiency.

Assess and respond quickly to high-risk accounts and transactions.

Anticipate and address market-specific risks before they impact business operations. Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in risk management within the iGaming industry.

Proven experience building, managing, and scaling professional risk teams.

Strong understanding of the Mexican iGaming and regulatory landscape.

Direct experience with the Playtech Risk System is strongly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of Playtech ASE rules and account management logic is strongly preferred.

Fluent in both Spanish and English for local and international coordination.

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills in high-risk operational environments.
