As a Rust Engineer, you will build and maintain performance-critical backend services and systems-leaning applications. You will serve as a link between complex architectural requirements and high-performance execution, ensuring systems are both memory-safe and blazingly fast.

What You'll Do

- Design and develop high-performance backend services and systems-level applications using Rust.

- Implement efficient, non-blocking I/O operations and concurrent systems using async patterns.

- Build and manage scalable API architectures using gRPC or JSON-RPC for robust service communication.

- Integrate and optimize data persistence layers using PostgreSQL to ensure high data integrity.

- Orchestrate application deployment and lifecycle management within AWS cloud environments.





- Conduct performance profiling and benchmarking to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Rust and systems programming.

- Proven expertise in building backend services using frameworks like Actix or Axum.

- Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and designing efficient database schemas.

- Deep understanding of asynchronous programming patterns and concurrent systems.

- Experience implementing communication protocols such as gRPC or JSON-RPC.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
