SECURITY COORDINATOR

CCTV ROOM & SECURITY OPERATIONS

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Security Coordinator to manage daily CCTV operations and support the implementation of security strategies to protect our people, assets, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the CCTV room, ensuring effective monitoring and incident response.

Support asset protection activities through CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security platforms.

Coordinate security incidents, investigations, and follow-up actions.

Ensure compliance with security procedures, monitor system performance, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security awareness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.





Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in security operations, CCTV monitoring, or asset protection.

Experience working in a CCTV control room environment.

Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, alarm systems, and monitoring platforms.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Intermediate to Advanced English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
