In this role, you will:

- Lead internal communication strategy and governance
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Partner with leadership on high-impact communications
- Manage internal digital channels and content strategy
- Measure communication effectiveness through data and insights
- Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives

We're looking for a communication professional with extensive experience in multinational environments, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, digital communication, and a passion for building strong organizational cultures.

Education: Bachelor's degree in communication, internal relations, etc

Experience: +5 years in internal strategic communication English - C1 (Advanced)

Location: Mexico City

Regional scope: Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua.
