In this role, you will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the MES/SFCS, which includes troubleshoot and resolve system anomalies.

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Provide immediate technical support for factory systems, ensuring rapid response to any system incidents or emergencies.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborate across departments to improve process efficiency.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing system requirements and designing solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in information, Computer Science or a related field preferred.

Knowledge and Required skills:

- Design, develop,



and maintain SFCS reports using reporting tools such as SQL Reporting Services, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
- SFCS new function requirements development and system maintenance, auxiliary production line to improve production efficiency.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and performance of factory systems.
- Participate in the development of system monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting and debugging system issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Preferred Skills: C#, PL/SQL (Oracle Database), .Net MVC, WebAPIs
