? We’re Hiring: Payment Sales Manager – LATAM ?

We are looking for a hands-on payment sales professional to acquire high-volume merchants and grow our business across Latin America.

This is a hunter-focused position for someone with direct sales experience in Payments, Fintech, PSPs, acquiring, or payment gateways.

? Location: 100% Remote — Candidates must be based in LATAM

? Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

Identify and acquire high-volume merchants across iGaming, Forex, Crypto, digital entertainment, and cross-border e-commerce.

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and contract signing.

Understand merchant challenges related to payment conversion, local payment methods, settlement, reserves, and processing stability.

Present tailored payment solutions across cards, bank transfers, digital wallets, and alternative payment methods.

Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Integration, and Operations teams to onboard and activate merchants.

Help signed merchants complete integration and scale transaction volume.

Build a strong LATAM merchant pipeline through your network, referrals, outbound sales,



and industry events.

Track signed merchants, activated accounts, processing volume, and revenue.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of direct sales or business development experience at a PSP, acquirer, payment gateway, fintech, or merchant acquiring company.

Proven experience acquiring payment merchants—not only managing existing accounts or payment operations.

Strong understanding of payment flows, acquiring, settlement, chargebacks, reserves, and payment integrations.

Existing relationships with merchants in iGaming, Forex, Crypto, digital services, or cross-border e-commerce are highly desirable.

Evidence of sales results, such as signed merchants, generated revenue, or processing volume.

Native or fluent Spanish and professional working English.

Portuguese is a plus.

Independent, proactive, and comfortable working with ambitious sales targets.

Please note: Direct payment-industry sales experience is required. This is not a general SaaS, consumer goods, customer service, or payment operations role.
