The Role

At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a [Recruiter/Interviewer], who brings strong capability in high-volume interviewing and hiring decision-making and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.
You’ll work closely with client recruiters and internal teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience, manage offers, and maintain quality, compliance, and service standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Accountabilities
- Conduct high-volume video interviews across niche and volume roles, assess candidate suitability, and make final hiring decisions aligned to client standards.
- You will be measured against a target performance of 10-13 interviews per day and 60 hires per month.
- Use your interviewing and assessment skills to educate candidates on the role, capture accurate notes, and create a positive interview experience.
- Collaborate with client recruiters, hiring teams, and internal support teams to deliver a seamless recruitment journey from interview through to start date.
- Manage the offer process end to end, including candidate selection,
offer extension, and candidate close, while ensuring compliance at every stage.
- Deliver against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and productivity targets, maintaining high standards of service and execution.
- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure candidates remain engaged, informed, and qualified throughout the process.
- Support talent pooling and keep-warm strategies, while completing required certification, training, audits, and coaching activity.
- Maintain accurate, real-time updates across ATS, CRM, and tracking tools, ensuring strong data integrity and reporting standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and flag delivery, compliance, or scope risks to relevant internal stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and recruitment delivery within a high-volume environment.
- Strength in communication, stakeholder partnering, and relationship building, with strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience managing offers and hiring decisions while delivering excellent candidate experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with clear service expectations and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, including confidence using ATS, CRM, and other recruitment technology.
- Ability to prioritise, manage competing demands, and follow established processes while applying sound judgment.
- Experience in an RPO, outsourced recruitment, or enterprise hiring environment.
- Exposure to mentoring colleagues, talent pooling, or continuous improvement activity.
- Awareness of recruitment compliance, legislation, and risk management principles.
