The hiring organization is a large organization within the industrial and manufacturing industry.

Descripción

- Lead the end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workforce Software T&A; solutions for large‑scale manufacturing environments.
- Configure advanced time rules, schedules, accruals, absences, eligibility rules, overtime calculations, and time‑derived payroll logic.
- Develop and manage integrations between Workforce Software and systems such as SAP Employee Central, SAP ECP Payroll, biometric devices, and middleware platforms (CPI, Boomi, etc.).
- Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design for new implementations and enhancements.
- Lead data migration activities including extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to time management and system integrations.
- Collaborate with general IT and business teams to ensure aligned solutions and consistent process governance.
- Provide guidance to internal teams and external partners, ensuring adherence to best practices and project standards.
- Support audit activities, compliance checks, testing cycles, and documentation for continuous improvement.




- Train end users, supervisors, and HR teams on new functionalities, workflows, and system changes.

Perfil buscado

- 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workforce Software T&A; solutions in large‑scale environments.
- Strong expertise in advanced time rules, schedules, accruals, absences, overtime, eligibility rules, and time‑driven payroll logic.
- Proven experience leading projects in manufacturing or industrial environments with 1,000+ employees.
- Solid experience integrating Workforce Software with SAP EC, SAP ECP Payroll, biometric devices, and middleware tools (CPI, Boomi, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle complex configurations and data scenarios.
- Experience working with internal and external teams, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (completed degree required).
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Ability to implement Workforce Software from scratch and follow best‑practice methodologies.
- Experience in manufacturing companies (not consulting firms) preferred.
