CRM Analyst – Reactivations – Remote Work

CRM Analyst – Reactivations at BairesDev

We are looking for an experienced CRM analyst to join our Reactivations team. This team already influences over $50 M / year in revenue, and we aim to double it in the next 12 months. The ideal candidate should be seasoned in CRM, B2B Marketing, and highly quantitative (SQL is a big plus).

What You’ll Do:

- Manage existing triggers and campaigns to maximize revenue generation.
- Launch experiments to test hypotheses on new revenue‑generating tactics (e.g., audience, messaging, triggers).
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance to provide insights into what’s working and what’s not.
- Research and share best practices to improve campaign performance.
- QA emails and campaigns to achieve an error‑free launch target.
- Coordinate across teams by managing projects, timelines, and multiple priorities.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes,



and propose smart, actionable solutions.
- Navigate ambiguity as the team pioneers new initiatives, including AI integration.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2 + years of experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
- 2 + years of B2B experience.
- 2 + years of Email Marketing experience.
- Experience working for US companies (Plus).
- Advanced level of English.
