Purchasing Specialist (Series)

Location: TLAJOMULCO, JALISCO

Your Tasks

- Manage and execute sourcing activities for assigned categories, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting processes in alignment with company strategies
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support business continuity and performance improvement
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support project requirements




- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards, and sustainability targets

Your Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Background in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain - electronic components
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Solid analytical mindset with experience in cost breakdowns and market analysis
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities in an international environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
