We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Buyer to support our procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted supply of materials required for production, maintaining supplier relationships, managing purchase orders, and supporting inventory and operational objectives. This position plays a critical role in supporting business continuity and driving supply chain performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities.

Create, manage, and expedite purchase orders to ensure timely material delivery.

Monitor supplier performance regarding delivery, quality, and responsiveness.

Follow up on open purchase orders, shipments, and supplier commitments.

Resolve procurement-related issues, including material shortages, late deliveries, invoice discrepancies, and receiving concerns.

Collaborate with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Suppliers to support operational requirements.

Review inventory levels and purchasing parameters to maintain optimal stock levels.

Support negotiations related to pricing, lead times, and supplier performance when required.

Maintain accurate purchasing data and records within ERP systems.

Assist with Goods Receipt (GR) and invoice reconciliation activities.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks that could impact production schedules.

Generate, analyze,



and report procurement metrics and KPIs. Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Materials Management.

Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of inventory control and supplier management processes.

Experience working with international suppliers.
