Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Verification Specialist role based in Cabo San Lucas, BCS.

The Verification

Specialist is responsible for reviewing and confirming guest and membership information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Daily tasks include performing verification calls, validating documentation, updating records in company systems, and resolving discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. The role interacts regularly with guests, internal departments, and external partners to clarify details, provide clear explanations of verification requirements, and support a smooth reservation and membership process.

The position also involves maintaining detailed logs, following standardized verification procedures,



and contributing to continuous improvement of verification workflows.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review, compare, and validate data with attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidates should possess Insurance Verification or similar verification experience, with the ability to interpret and confirm relevant documentation and eligibility information.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle calls, explain processes clearly, and support guests and internal stakeholders professionally.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Formal Verification or structured verification methods, including adherence to established protocols and compliance standards.

Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with office software and CRM systems, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are highly beneficial given the location and clientele.

Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or membership services is preferred but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
