Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Warehouse Coordinator based in Saltillo, COA.

The Warehouse

Coordinator will manage daily shipping and receiving activities, oversee inventory control and management, and ensure the efficient handling and storage of materials. The role also includes maintaining clear communication channels with team members, suppliers, and other departments,



as well as ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Proficient in Shipping & Receiving operations

Demonstrated experience in Inventory Control and Inventory Management

Strong Communication skills to coordinate across teams and vendors

Skilled in Material Handling and ensuring efficient logistics

Familiarity with warehousing systems and best practices

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy

Experience in the manufacturing or refrigeration sector is an advantage

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in supply chain or logistics are a plus
