Descripción del empleo

The main task of the function is to coordinate and verify the proper application of the quality standards defined, customer requirements and other industry rules as ISO9001. To evaluate and improve process KPI, solve issues through problem solving methodologies. Implement and execute process and product monitoring and improving, ensure that all standards are met during the product life time, document monitoring results.

Requisitos

- Knowledge of the different types of product defects,



secure classification of the product condition with visual inspection – Advanced
- Knowledge of process and product evaluation methods and root cause identification in case problems – Advanced
- Handling of non conformance material and segregation steps to avoid escapes – Advanced
- Knowledge of ISO9001 – Advanced
- Knowledge of core tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP, APQP, PPAP) – Advanced
- Knowledge on measurement instruments such as: Caliper, micrometers, pi tape, etc. – Medium
- Knowledge of respective test standards and their application SAEJ517 – Medium
