They build and execute project plans using Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies with critical-path analysis to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks. They own client and stakeholder relationships, resolve complex queries, drive cross-functional teams, and document consulting solutions end-to-end. Lead and Sr Lead levels additionally forecast operational targets at the departmental level and provide strategic direction on complex multi-workstream programs. **MUST Have Skills** Banking, Cards & Payments domain "- Project planning & end-to-end management - initiation through completion - Execute consulting projects aligned to client objectives - Manage client & stakeholder relationships, timelines, budgets & escalations - Handle complex client queries; develop & document consulting solutions - Strategic insights; cross-functional team leadership - Forecast operational targets impacting departmental results (lead/Sr lead levels) - Complex technical & business research/analysis" Languages: Spanish (Advance), English (Intermediate)
