Team Lead, US Taxation – International Accounting Solutions Provider

Responsibilities

Review and manage U.S. tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S) for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
Supervise tax associates and ensure high quality of all deliverables.
Handle complex tax preparation and strategic tax planning tasks.
Communicate directly with international CPA firms and clients.
Ensure strict compliance with U.S. tax laws and filing deadlines.
Provide technical guidance and manage team workflow during tax season.

Lead, mentor, and manage direct client communication and ensure adherence to deadlines.





Qualifications

1. 5 years of specialized experience in U.S. taxation with strong review capabilities.

Expert knowledge of 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S tax returns.

Proficiency in tax software such as Drake, Lacerte, Ultra Tax, or Pro Series.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
CPA, EA, or CA qualification (or currently pursuing).

Advanced proficiency in U.S. tax software (Drake, Lacerte, or similar) and ability to finalize complex tax returns.
