In this role, you will further develop technical subject-matter expertise while contributing significantly to MFT's growth and innovation.What You'll DoValue Analysis and Value Engineering Changes, drive cost improvement in close collaboration with Engineering on product costsOrganize, conduct VAVE to ensure design / cost effectiveness and verification of ECP (Engineering Change Process), in close cooperation with R&D; Engineer, Project Manager, Production and Source members, check for optimal feasibility and if necessary,



make additions or corrections.Product change management and its implementation in Windchill or similar toolsEvaluate components, materials, and processes for value improvement opportunities.Coordinate with technical support personnel to conduct prototypes or experimental runs for products or processes.Lead VAVE projects, including developing test plans, being responsible for testing, prioritizing, engineering document changes, and coordinating sample builds.Recommend design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products or processes.Create comprehensive and accurate documentation, including schematics, control panel layouts, bills of materials, and design specifications when required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including overseas hardware engineering, quality team, and internal production team to ensure the seamless production of MFT's products at Reynosa, Mexico.Lead complex product development programs by driving development and validation of the product or subsystems using standard methodologies like Concept Selection, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, and Design Validation PlansPerform system level design, testing, and validation for beverage/dispensing, cooking, refrigeration, frozen, or other related productsParticipate in design process, testing, and reviews for electronic components and sensors across all product lines as a functional leadPerform failure analysis and implement corrective actions (A3, 8D,
