evaluating and improving supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costsKey Objectives of this Role

Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and valuesCommunicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions,



and implement changesMonitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with service level agreementsMonitor days of supply to keep the right inventory levels to the right timePrepare reports and dashboards to communicate supply chain performanceSupport cost reduction initiatives and process improvementsEnsure data accuracy and integrity in supply chain systemsKeep control of premium freight targetsAnalyze MRP data and supplier schedule processingKey Performance Indicators:Overstock improvementHandling Shortages – root cause and solutionsParts Inventory DOSSupplier delivery performanceMonitoring PO cycle – closing the loopInventory turnsRaw material inventory levelQualification, Experience and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, logistics, or a similar field1+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics rolesProficiency in supply chain software and ERP systemsProficiency in ExcelAbility to work independently and in a team environmentKnowledge of inventory management and procurement processesFamiliarity with industry regulations and compliance standardsUnderstanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologiesKey Behaviors
