You will contribute to the organization's overall success and performance-driven in the market.ResponsibilitiesAttend and provide relevant insights and guidance in the Blueprint/build and roll out phasesEnsure correct resource allocation for Blueprint ,



Build and Rollout phases of the programStart preparing and facilitating discussions with Business Leaders & S4 leadersEnsures E2E processes & handoffs are well vetted & gaps, workaround processes capturedSteerCO attandance, and relevant Program MOSOverseeing deviations approval process & workaround build in case of rejected deviationsSupporting Business case developments in aprtnership with S4 Leader, L2 leaders for propsoed developmentsEnsure Process complianceAct as Escalation Point for the Function in case issues are raised by Leadership teamsOwn the decision to approve KDDs/PDDs and relevant Foundational process changes, and facilitate adoption within the operational levels. Reverse decision or support redesign in case the business needs demands itOwns transformation outcomes and alignment to business case & visionDecisions for major cross-workstream, SBG- and cross-business model trade-offsEncourages 70/20/10 GDM adherence, with a Customer centric mindsetEscalates to SteerCo and S4 Leader for enterprise impacting decisions or viceversa enterprise decisions impacting the businessMaintain integrated view of execution across workstreamsManage cross-value stream dependencies and partners with S4 Leader for status reportingEnsures alignment between Business & Corp FunctionsEnsures extended program team has a shared view of program health,
