Are you an experienced Construction Estimator with a passion for delivering accurate budgets and helping projects succeed before construction even begins?
We're looking for a detail-oriented estimator to join our growing preconstruction team, supporting ground-up multifamily and commercial construction projects across the United States.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed quantity takeoffs, and competitive cost estimates.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to define project scope.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
- Perform bid leveling, cost analysis, and value engineering.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients throughout preconstruction.
- Support project turnover from estimating to construction.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating or preconstruction.
- Experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, Sage Estimating, or similar software.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Professional English communication (C1 or higher).
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to project sites, client meetings, and preconstruction activities.
