ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote (Mexico)

Salary: Up to $75,000 MXN gross/month

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. If you have a strong background in ServiceNow development, platform customization, and integrations, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.




- Configure and enhance ITSM and CSM modules.
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring system performance and stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
