We are seeking a highly analytical Real Estate Underwriting Analyst with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to support the analysis of real estate investment opportunities.

The idóneo candidate will have experience building financial underwriting models, analyzing property financials, and evaluating real estate investment performance.

This role requires strong financial modeling capability, attention to detail, and spreadsheet automation skills, including Excel macros or Google Apps Script.

Candidates must be comfortable working full-time during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours and communicating with a global team in fluent English.

Key Responsibilities

● Perform real estate underwriting and investment deal analysis

● Build and maintain financial models in Excel and Google Sheets

● Analyze property financial statements, rent rolls, operating expenses, and investment metrics

● Evaluate cash flow projections, ROI, IRR, and cap rates

● Develop advanced spreadsheet formulas, dashboards, and automation workflows





● Build tools that improve underwriting efficiency and reporting accuracy

● Analyze large datasets to support investment decision-making

● Prepare structured deal analysis reports and investment summaries

Required Qualifications

● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel ○ Financial modeling

○ Advanced formulas ○ Pivot tables

○ Data analysis

● Strong proficiency in Google Sheets

● Experience building real estate underwriting or financial analysis models

● Strong analytical thinking and close attention to detail

● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

● Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. EST hours
