Candidate should be hands on and is expected to lead and manage the support and enhancement of customer’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Salesforce configuration, customization, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Dev Ops, development, and Health Cloud . The ideal candidate will combine hands‑on technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and user satisfaction across the platform. Qualifications Having strong experience in and managerial duties.



Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Health Cloud . Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Dev Ops tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and integration patterns. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills. ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST

Hybrid role in any of our 4 locations: Guadalajara, CDMX, Monterrey or Queretaro.
