Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for Coil Shop manufacturing processes, including Fin Press, Hairpin Bender, and Expander operations. Coordinate and develop manufacturing technical personnel assigned to the area. Lead CAPEX projects related to equipment acquisition, installation, validation, tooling, and process improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction. Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues using Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem‑solving methodologies. Develop and maintain work instructions, PFMEA documentation, control plans, and visual management tools. Coordinate activities with Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Advanced Manufacturing teams. Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and process validation activities. Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions to achieve operational targets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably within the HVAC industry. Experience leading or coordinating manufacturing technical personnel.
Experience managing and executing CAPEX projects. Experience with the installation, startup, and validation of manufacturing equipment. Knowledge of HVAC coil manufacturing processes, including Fin Press, Hairpin Bender, and Expander equipment. Experience performing Root Cause Analysis and implementing corrective actions. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Working knowledge of core tools, including PFMEA, control plans, SPC, and MSA. Conversational English proficiency. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in HVAC manufacturing environments. Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI) and process optimization projects. Benefits
