This position will be fundamental in the support and implementation of all systems, physical networks, servers, telecommunications, printing, wireless networks, CCTV and other necessary office & audiovisual equipment in Mexicali site. Work with the DXC and DT Collins staff to determine in detail the needs required by the operation to improve efficiency. Implement mechanisms to solve any type of hardware or software contingency, either by own means, requesting work from third parties or requesting compliance with guarantees. Ensures the correct functioning of the Facility IT systems (including BMS, Land Points, Andon, etc.) complying with the preventive maintenance scheme recommended by the supplier and the company's standards. The system administrator will also coordinate the administration and support of an Active Directory environment composed of servers, workstations and end users through DXC staff.

**Requisitos**:
- Bachelor's degree in IT Systems or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in IT with 1+ years in leadership role.
- Experience in managing conflicting schedules and priorities.
- Project management skills.
- Strong skill sets in one or two core IT disciplines. (Wireless Network, Hardware, Systems, Servers)
- Knowledge in CCTV, access control, telecommunications, printers, IT Rooms and UPS support.
- English (advanced)
- Must have a customer focus and energetic demeanor.
- Ability to work as part of a team environment in a positive and proactive manner.
