**Descripción y Requisitos**
**SUMMARY**:
Ensure the quality of the process being the eyes of the client in the company.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Management of customer complaints.
- Analysis of the causes of process failures.
- Development of projects with PPAP clients until their approval.
- Provide technical support to the different departments in relation to the 8D reports of the quality system.
- Provides guidance to new manufacturing schedules, including quality checks and ensuring proper documentation of each phase.
- Implementation and compliance with the QRQC quality audit and training system.
- Establishment and monitoring of the reaction plan
- Equipment Validation / Gage R&R;




- Supervise quality assurance inspectors based on standard work
- Coordination and monitoring of the activities of the SPC.
- Production validation controlled by engineering changes.
- FMEA evaluation.
**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industrial or related career preferred
- 4 + years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment
- High proficiency in using MS Office software.
- Must be fluent in English
