Resideo ISC function is looking to expand our department managing NPI introductions and product phase outs. As Demand and Asset planner, you will have high visibility to senior leadership, and it is a great chance for someone to develop planning and buying skills with a focus on NPI and phase out processes. In this role, you will be responsible of gathering and analyzing raw material inventory information that will serve to propose production plans to optimize resources and inventory in alignment with customer needs. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Finance and Demand Management to recommend actions and execute last time build plans
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Responsible for ensuring redeployment of Resideo Manufacturing excess and obsolete (E&O;) inventory within the Resideo general supply chain
- Support, communicate and document last time build plans that incorporate material availability contains and excess
- Lead X-functional team(s) through End of Life (EOL) process that support product engineering, product management, sales, finance, demand management, sourcing, and materials management
- Track internal metrics and provide results to upper management on inventory rebalancing opportunities, consumption, and plan execution
- Monitor and communicate execution status according EOL plans
- Perform data analytics using excel and SAP to understand potential data integrity issues
- Single point of contact for E&O; specific supply questions for assigned EOL projects
- Monitor inventory-aging reports and support root cause analysis
- Review off balance sheet liability status for materials included on EOL projects
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excel proficiency
- Mid-advanced English
- Experience working with Cross functional teams
- At least 1-year previous planning or buying experience
- Experience with ERP/MRP system (SAP preferred)
