**What we are looking for in you**
Umvel is looking for a highly creative UX Designer to play a strategic role in helping us plan, define, and develop innovative user experiences. This role requires an advanced UX skillset, including the ability to understand and land business goals, product requirements, technical capabilities, and user problems into an engaging, personalized user experience for users of a given project. Other valued skills for this role include visual and interaction design, copywriting, information architecture and leadership (as you will also be guiding JR designers).
**Do you check the following boxes**:
- Minimum 4+ years of related work experience.
- Strong knowledge of UX-related processes and frameworks.
- Good knowledge of UX laws, principles, and usability.
- A general sense of aesthetic and visual design.
- Strong wireframing and prototyping skills
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of HCI element in designs




- Ability to lead design teams
- Experience leading UX workshops
- Good knowledge of user research methods and techniques (both qualitative and quantitative).
- Ability to define and prioritize problems to be tackled.
- Consulting with clients and stakeholders to understand their goals and expectations.
- English Conversational.
**Functions**
- UX planning and strategy.
- Defining the information architecture.
- Defining interaction models, user flows, and UX Design specifications.
- Developing and maintaining wireframes.
- UX workshops.
- UX research.
- Analyzing user research and defining UX principles.
- Implementation of good UX Design practices.
- Communication with UI and development teams.
