Overall responsibilities and duties:_**
- The work of the plant packaging engineer consists of managing customer and supplier containers, their flow to the plant, design, and evaluation of packaging standards, as well as updating customer-owned container inventories._

The main missions of the position are:_**
- _
Schedule and follow up on the returnable container maintenance plan for customers and suppliers._
- _ Register FCS packaging standards for finished products and raw materials._
- _ Develop and design packaging standards for new projects._




- _ Develop alternative packaging standards._
- _ Update inventories of client-owned containers._
- _ Reconciliation of container inventories with customers and suppliers._
- _ Manage the flow of containers from customers and suppliers to the plant._
- _ Monitor the transit of containers from customers and suppliers._
- _ Calculation of returnable container loops with customers and suppliers._
- _ Optimization of packaging cost._

- Minimum education level: Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering or related._
**_Experience:_**
- _ Experience in material handling, ergonomic standards and/or warehouses._
