General Job Description:
Experience and Skills:
- Mastery of Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and development standards
- Flow, Apex, Visualforce, & Lightning Web Components
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with medium-to-high complexity data migrations
- Extensive customer-facing experience
- Extensive experience with Enterprise-level architecture and implementations
- Mastery of scope dependencies
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development experience
Capabilities and Job Functions:
- Meet with business stakeholders and technical team members to discuss and elicit requirements.
- Prepare detailed analyses, plans, diagrams, and procedures for existing and proposed implementations and integrations
- Instruct and assist developers and administrators, as needed
- Address technical escalations.
- Complete QA of complex/interdependent tickets
Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Application Architect
- Salesforce System Architect
- Salesforce Technical Architect (or the ability to achieve it - this is rare)
- Marketing Cloud Consultant
