1. Align all IT infrastructure requirements with corporate standards.
2. Ensure that the IT infrastructure is in accordance with the operation and support to it.
3. Ensure that the software used in the plants is the one approved by the corporate.
4. Ensure that the computer equipment contains and uses the software approved by the corporate.
5. Analyze the IT needs of the plants, with the purpose of suggesting improvements according to the corporate standards.
6. Ensure that IT user support is always at the levels required by the operation.
7. Monitor the communication links (VOICE and DATA) of the plants.
8. Align IT resources with the purpose of supporting plant operations.
9. Deliver job specific training to the personnel in charge through the RHUF046 format.
10. Perform the risk analysis of the activities of the position, according to the format GREF003 Risk Analysis.
