IT Infrastructure Manager - LATAM
The client is a global supply chain company that provides cold chain solutions through warehouses in the region's major urban centers and key ports, to meet the growing demands of customers in regional and integral trade.
We’re looking for an IT Manager with a focus on Cybersecurity and Process Management to be part of the Engineering team. You will be responsible for leading the company's information strategy, guaranteeing the security of systems and data, efficiency in process management, as well as the effective administration of assets and finances related to technology.
**EXPERIENCE**
- Profession: Systems, Electronic, telecommunications
- 4+ years in regional positions, could be a very good coordinator or supervisor with potential to move as junior manager
- Technical: Vendor management, project management, networks WAN & LAN, IP telephony, Servers and cloud solutions, databases, ISO 27001, cybersecurity and local information security deployment.
- Strong experience in:
- Network & Telephony Infrastructure: Network and communication
- Infrastructure,



including wired and Wi-Fi connectivity, and telephones.
- Servers, Storage, and Data Center Operations & Technology: Data containment including physical and virtual storage solutions.
- Service Desk: Front line triage for employee technology challenges and troubleshoot.
- User Device Management: Employee device hardware support including laptop/desktop hardware, cellular or smart phones, teleconference equipment, projectors, etc.
- Security, Risk & Compliance: Support for the range of services between firewall support to policy creation/enforcement to end user security culture
- Regional vendor management
- KPIs and regional service level agreement monitoring and control
- Project management of IT infrastructure and security initiatives
- Languages skills: Spanish (Fluent), English (Intermediate), Portuguese (optional)
