**Job Summary**:
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a facility.The building supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance or repair operations are efficiently maintained, in addition to ensuring that the facilities are clean, safe and well maintained. This includes cleaning up spills, repairing broken equipment, maintaining safety standards, and other activities.
**1. Education level required**:Bachelor’s degree Engineering.
**2. Years and area of experience required**:Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience.
**3. Technical knowledge**:
- Demonstrable experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar position.
- Solid technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, etc.)
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
- Understanding of budget and performance management
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook, teams).
- Level of English: Intermediate
