We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee all accounting operations for a hotel and brewery based in San Diego, California. This person must have exceptional English as well as high attention to detail, and excellent analytical and organizational skills. Some supervisory experience is highly preferred.
**Responsibilities**
- Elaborating and presenting financial reports including financial statements.
- Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
- Analyze financial information.
- Maintaining and reviewing GL entries.
- Financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Plan, assign and review staff’s work.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP principles.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Near native English level, written and spoken
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller,



Accounting Supervisor, or Senior Accountant
- Thorough knowledge of all accounting procedures
- In-depth understanding of GAAP
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills
