**Summary: Provide case management support to Attorneys by preparing discovery, assembling and organizing case materials, and writing memoranda.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct initial client consultations and gather pertinent case information.
- Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties.
- Draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and settlement agreements.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case status and address any concerns.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or case manager, preferably in personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of personal injury legal procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
