**Planning assistant**

Foreign Language**:English 90% mandatory requirement**
Responsible for executing the activities of the operation assigned
- Receive, capture in the system and analyze the volume required for each order (PO) of the different customers.
- Prepare weekly production plan considering material and capacity restrictions.
- Communicate the production plan to the different departments involved, for the generation of DHR's.
- Review every day, the progress of the production plan in each of the lines.
- Review and plan the shipments of the finished product, for each of the customers
- Promptly notify each of the customers of identified inventory shortages




- Timely notify each of the clients, the shipments of their products.
- Provide timely response to every doubt or question that customers have
- Request and coordinate the purchase of materials that are responsibility of the company
Other specialties and skills: High level of Excel and analysis capacity
