**Employee Experience Specialist**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Employee Experience Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance employee experience and support their professional growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the design, development, and execution of initiatives and solutions that support the organization’s employee enrichment objectives and strategy.
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement surveys and other measuring tools and analyze the results to identify initiatives that address areas of improvement and employee needs.
- Coordinate events and programs to foster employee sense of community and boost employee morale and engagement.
- Manage communications to promote employee events, surveys, programs, and HR initiatives across internal channels to ensure that employees are kept well informed about upcoming events, programs, and company updates.
- Assist in the delivery of HR processes and programs across the organization.
- Foster strong relationships with employees by providing timely and effective HR support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in HR operations and facilitation.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, focusing on employee engagement, culture, or organizational development.
- High level of discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters and dedication to maintaining trust.
- Experience working across all levels of the organization in a integral environment.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment.
- Willing to work North America time zones and periodically work a flexible schedule.
