Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus
Reporting to the Director, of Operations the Equipment Maintenance Manager role involves responsible for all aspects related to equipment safety, asset management excellence, carrying out predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of the plant equipment, and proactive diagnostics inspections.
What a typical day looks like:
- Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.
- Establishes preventative maintenance schedules.
- Forecasts operating costs of the department and directs preparation of budget requests.
- Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.




- Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.
- Administer safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.
- Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.
- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations, tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for the maintenance department, maintaining all machinery to ensure it's at working safety and optimization standards, and creating and implementing maintenance procedures.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced English.
- Experience Sr in a similar position.
- Experience in the metal mechanical industry (Punching, Bending, Assembly, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with personnel management.
