Description:
Methode Electronics is looking for a highly technical, hands-on, and motivated CQE responsible for support the integrity and quality of the components manufactured throughout the entire value chain from the point of production to the end customer for the North American Automotive Division. This position supports all departments in our Monterrey area plants with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
Position Responsibilities:
Management of Quality Process.
Implementation, development, and maintenance of the Quality Control Plan.
Analysis and monitoring of GR&R; and SPC studies.
Management, treatment, and solution of product non-conformity.
Various technical tasks of quality control and assurance.
Management of Clients Portals (Automotive).
Preparation of quality assurance activities and capacity analysis in releases.
Effective communication with the Client.




Ensure compliance with the ISO IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Wide and demonstrable technical knowledge as Quality Engineer. - At least 6 years of experience.
- Highly motivated Engineer, that understand Automotive Quality Process.
- Good command of English, or above (can communicate in English). Technical English is a must.
