HRBP Lead at BairesDev
We are looking for an HRBP Lead to join our PeopleX Team. You will be in charge of leading and implementing all PeopleX strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with the needs of the business, and ensuring that the area meets its strategic objectives. What You Will Do:
- Proactive retention: data analysis and implementing strategies for reducing turnover.
- Partner with top management and managers to understand the specific needs of the area and propose PeopleX Solutions Partners.
- Partner with the Design team to develop cross-platform and customized solutions for internal clients.
- Works with management and employees to improve work relationships, culture, and working conditions in order to increase productivity and retention.




- Propose and implement improvements to various HR processes to ensure a best-in-class experience for all employees.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a generalist in human resources.
- HRBP knowledge of compensations, performance management, and talent development.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar career.
- Previous work experience with strategic HR.
- Excellent communication skills and an advanced command of the English language.
