**Profile**:
- BA Degree in Law.
- 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm or in a corporate legal department.
- Immigration law and litigation experience is prefered, but not mandatory.
- Must be bilingual. Written/oral. Fluency is mandatory
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Familiarity with key legal principles.
- Perform accurate legal research and analysis.
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents.
- Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports.
- Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.




- Create and organize information
- Prepare and format legal reports
- Maintain and updated databases and tracking systems
- Uploading documents and incoming mail.
- Respond to all case-related inquiries
- Communicate effectively with USCIS, immigration agencies, clients and teammates.
- Perform other dutties as assigned.
