**Discipline Description**:
Experience in one of more of the following is highly desirable:
- cFin stream - Ability to demonstrate processes in Central Finance for S/4 HANA.
- Experience in cFin implementation, customizing and operations with FI/CO background.
- Good understanding of Finance of cFin Integrations and Architecture.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Able to perform under pressure during times like a system down situation.
- Ability to work across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct working sessions with business users as required.
- Able to work with Basis team during troubleshooting providing guidance when required.
- Will need to become proficient in working within our ticketing system - ServiceNow.
- Must be a self-starter with ability to manage work with mínimal supervision able to work independently following Corning established coding guidelines.
- Will work with operations team in support break/fix activities as well as assignment.
- Will be in an on-call rotation supporting team / organization expected to meet SLA commitments defined by IT and agreed upon by the organization.
- Analyze software requirements to determine design feasibility.
- Develop software systems, including configuration documentation and testing procedures.
**Education & Experience**:
- 2+ years in SAP Central Finance.
- 3+ years SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4.
- Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
- Excellent communication and written skills to aid in RICEF creation and design document creation.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices.
**Required Skills**:
- cFin (Central Finance) - Ability to demonstrate S/4 HANA Processes for Central Finance:
1) 1-2 Central Finance implementation preferably for manufacturing industry.
2)



Initial Load of data.
3) Expertise on Real time replication, SLT and its troubleshooting.
4) Application Interface Framework (AIF).
5) Expertise on S4 Accounting Model.
6) Understanding of necessary landscape design including integration via Magnitude SourceConnect.
- FI module components including:
1) General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banks (including integration), and Treasury.
- CO module components including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing including:
1) Central Payments and Central Cash Application.
2) SAP Group Reporting (Consolidations).
3) SAP Treasury Management, Cash Management and Bank Account Management, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Manufacturing Variances and Settlements, and Profit Centers Master Data components including COA, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Bank Master, BOMs and Routings.
- Experience in Reporting and Analytics with S/4 HANA and Central Finance including configuring document splitting for full balance sheet reporting by different lines of businesses within a company code.
- Experienced SAP S4 HANA cFin Lead Consultant to work on Identify and resolve complex technical issues within our customer service-level agreements.
**Desired Skills**:
- Experience in other SAP modules.
- Development experience (ABAP is strong plus).
- Fiori, Adobe Forms.
- Proficiency in debugging complex programs.
- ServiceNow experience.
**Soft Skills**:
- Good teamwork, written and oral communication in English and customer service skills.
Needs to be a self-starter with strong analytical thinking skills, able to work independently.
