**Job summary**:
Automation Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated systems to reduce the need for human intervention and maximize efficiency of the manufacturing processes. The strategic context and challenges of the Automation Engineer will support the Automation strategy defined by our upper management.
**Deliverables**:
- Keep current process machines running in optimal condition.
- Electrical design and PLC programming of new machines.
**Requirements**:
- PLCs and sensors background.
- Proficient on MS office package (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience creating parts, assemblies, drawings, BOMs, weldments, sheet metals.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Problem Solving (8D's / 5Why's)
- Project Management
- Excellent leadership and management skills.




- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Fluent English.
**Education**:
- Minimum level: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics or similar).
- Certifications/Accreditations (Or previous experience at least 3 years in a similar position)
- Vision system.
- PLC programming.
- Laser Markers.
- Servo Motors.
