**Description**:
The Ecomm Operations Coordinatior must improve the logistics ecommerce
process and guarantee that the orders are shipped in the right time, also making
sure that the warehouse have the right supplies to send any measure required.
**Responsabilities**:
- Guarantee the right SLA with couriers in all MX territory.
- Improve split projections and execution between Dotcom & CEDIS.
- Improve reverse logistics process (lean process).
- Punctual review to the daily ecomm operation in warehouse (Shipped Orders)
- Packaging proposal
- Backlog daily review
- Couriers benchmark
- Processing open orders with CeDis and IT teams.
**Must have**:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- 2+ Years of Ecomm Operations Knowledge
- 2+ years working with couriers
- Knowledge of Supply Chain
