Excellence in execution and growth mindset is a key element for the success in our factory of Power Transformers in Guanajuato, in your daily journey you will be leading the Operational Excellence programs, with highly focus on the deployment of the strategic program in the factory (Hoshin Kanri), and follow up of the projects.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
- Lead the definition, execution and follow-up of the strategic plan of the factory (Hoshin Kanri)
- Lean program manager at factory level (design and coordinate the training plan)
- Lead the Operational Excellence programs (6S’s, Kaizen, among others)
- Support the development of efficiency measures.
**What You Bring****:
- Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or similar fields with experience in the industry for more than 5 years.
- Operational Excellence background, including the methodology and the strategic approach (high level of commercial awareness)
- Lean certification
- Strong leadership skills, mainly inspiring others, agility and adaptability, critical thinking.
- English level B2

As Operational Excellence Professional, you will report to the Operations Manager of the Power Transformers factory in Guanajuato and you will lead the Operational Excellence programs.
