**Responsibilities**:
- Provide compassionate and culturally sensitive support to patients and their families
- Answer questions about insurance coverage, billing, and other financial matters
- Coordinate care between patients and their providers
- Resolve patient complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in health care, social work, or a related field
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of experience in patient advocacy or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
